ReLearning Curve announced the launch of the Evaluation Within Reach program, aimed at providing pro-bono evaluation services to non-profits currently serving critical needs in their communities.
The impetus for Evaluation Within Reach is based on the philosophy that a lack of funding should not prevent any organization from having access to quality evaluation. The program targets non-profits that have not had a formal evaluation in the past and seek to enhance and document their effectiveness. The winning organization will be selected through a competitive application process and will receive customized evaluation services.
“The program seeks to use our proven expertise to build capacity in organizations that are making an impact,” said Jody Imbimbo, Executive Director of ReLearning Curve. “Evaluation Within Reach starts us down the path of supporting non-profits in New York City that are committed to program improvement and organizational learning but do not have the resources for evaluation.“
The granting organization brings over 12 years of experience in non-profit program evaluation across the City. “ReLearning Curve has proven to be an expert in the field of program evaluation and is highly reliable, professional and responsive…” said Winnie Bracco, the Technology Innovation Manager at the Queens Office of Educational Technology. “I deeply appreciate their contribution to the improvement of education in New York City.”
Since 1998, ReLearning Curve has partnered with community, education and arts organizations to advance social change through research, information gathering, and analysis. The organization helps build the capacity of organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions to foster innovation.
